It was an honour and a privilege to have Tommy (Spug) Stevenson speaking to our guests and club members last night at Gilford community centre.
Tommy runs a workshop for mental awareness and mental fitness. It should be a must for all people young and old sporting clubs or not.
We all walked away with a clearer picture on life , with its ups and downs.
Tommy walked in a stranger now Tommy is a friend of us all. Always there for a coffee and a chat . Don’t be afraid to say hello to him over at south lakes . I still think Eoin mc Carron is the toughest man in lurgan. Thank you Tommy 💚🖤❤️
